This is a moe anthropomorphization of the son of Godzilla, Minya. I dub her; Minya-chan!
Since Minya is one of the only kid kaijus around, i thought that making an actually cute moe girl version of him would be great :3
Minya-chan is the daughter of mighty Kaiju woman Gojira-tan [link], but she is very shy and timid unlike her mother. Gojira-tan tends to very rough on her, but this is to make her as tough as she is. Gojira-tan doesnt show it, but she deeply cares for her only daughter, holding her tightly in the middle of a nuclear winter to prevent her from freezing.
I was thinking of doing the heisei era son of godzilla because he had more colors than just grey, but son of Godzilla/revenge of Godzilla are the movies Im most familiar with.

You know what would be cool, another gijinka of Godzilla Junior as Minya's sister. By Godzilla junior I mean the one from the 1990's Godzilla movies.
