This gorgeous woman is Estelle, a cowgirl belly dancer. I really love her design so I went all the way with this fanart. I like how she subverts the usual cowgirl design tropes of black n white or spotted colors. And her being a belly dancer with their style of clothing, I've seen many great cowgirls but Estelle has one of the most unique looks.
Oh yeah, I also did just go with mostly flat shading here, and used some hair shading tech from cranky himself. I think it looks pretty good..
